In addition to all the great places suggested here, because I know loads of other vegans in Brighton are watching this, The Foundry (on Foundry St) has gourmet vegan burgers and sides. The Earth and Stars also do nice vegan food. It’s an omni place and the menu changes so I can’t recommend anything in particular but I’ve never been disappointed.
Great Eastern - Shortest lines in Brighton and a really good pint. Mucky Duck - Look after their beer The Foundry and The Windmill are also really good.
