Kula Shaker bring their 30th anniversary tour to Brighton Dome next March

The band play Brighton Dome on Saturday 13 March 2027, five weeks after K-Reinkarnate, a live re-recording of their debut album K, comes out.

Kula Shaker will play Brighton Dome on Saturday 13 March 2027 at 7pm, with support, on a UK and European headline tour. It comes 30 years after their debut album K went straight to number one. The show is presented by JOY.

The tour follows K-Reinkarnate, out on 5 February 2027 on the band’s own label, Strange F.O.L.K. Records. The original line-up of Crispian Mills, Alonza Bevan, Paul Winter-Hart and Jay Darlington played the whole album again, in order, recorded live to 2-inch tape at Middle Farm Studios.

Three songs from the original K sessions that missed the finished album, ‘Shower Your Love’, ‘Hush’ and ‘Drop in the Sea’, are back in the running order. There is also ‘She’s So Free’, an unfinished 1996 recording found on a master tape, which the band finished in 2026.

“What you hear now is the band of 2026 playing along with its previous incarnation, thirty years before. it was a wonderfully weird experience,” the band said in a statement.

The Brighton date falls between Manchester on 12 March and Glasgow on 16 March. The tour starts in Luxembourg on 26 February and ends at the Troxy in London on 20 March.
