Consistently the top recommendation for bánh mì in Brighton, with bread baked fresh daily and 'all the right fillings' - pâté, đồ chua, Maggi sauce - for around £8. Also does good Vietnamese coffee, with one local recommending it over Milk No Sugar.

I'm so happy that Earl's Sandwiches exists! Proper bánh mì with all the right fillings (do chua, pate, maggi sauce!!!!) and the Viet coffee is just an added plus!
