Consistently near the top of Brighton's best-burger threads, with love for the Ronald's Revenge, dirty fries, shakes, gochujang fries and a decent chicken sandwich; it also caters well for gluten-free and vegan diets. One recent poster flags a drop in quality over their last few orders after previously rating it highly, and a couple of others miss the old Hove branch.

Grubbs crew represent. The bridge between fast food and fancy burgers, perfect for a stop between pubs. Recommend the Malaysian (peanut and chilli) burger. Also love Burger Bros and 7bone.
If you need a balance of very safe and adventurous, maybe try 7Bone? For your picky guys get the nuggs, tater tots, or a burger with nothing on it (get it well done or pick smash patties for that McD feel). For adventurous eaters they have lots of cool burger options, gochujang fries, truffle mac and cheese, etc. Also, as an additional emergency feature it's a few doors down…
Burger brothers (Awarded best in the U.K. on multiple occasions), 7bone in Hove, Smash Burger, Troll burger, Honest burger prob do the best Vegan burger, MeatLiquor, BOK shop for chicken burgers A few of those are chains but still pretty good And Ofc, it may not be the best, but Grubbs is a Brighton…
7bone used to be great but recently I’ve personally thought the quality has gone down over 3-4 orders over a year + to the point we’ve stopped ordered form them.
