Go to the Hand in Hand in Kemptown, great little local pub. Just to check, did your trip to The Laines include North Laine? If not go there to look around the shops. Record shops, comic book shops, pubs - I never get bored. Green Dragon is great. Hope & Ruin or The Brunswick both good for music!
…Open air theatre is a great shout, tickets for best stuff go in advance so book early. Explore neighbourhood pubs - lots of gems in Hanover and Hove with lovely beer gardens. Get a seafood boil at The Urchin, a vegan roast at The Roundhill and and pie and pint special at The Green Dragon. Bring a bike if you can too, best way to get around. And beach shoes for your soft out of town feet. Enjoy!
