This West Street Irish pub/bar is known for late-night live music and dancing until around 4am without being a full nightclub. But it's a regular fixture in "most expensive pint" threads (roughly £7-8 a pint, rising further after midnight) as part of the criticised Indigo pub chain, and some warn West Street itself gets rowdy with fights at weekends.

…beach, you'll find amazing little shops and cute cafés. Lots of vegan options if looking for any of that and totally recommend checking what open mics or concerts are going on. It's always a fun night. I haven't been in Brighton for a couple of years but my fave will always be Molly Malones for a fun night of live music and dancing. Enjoy!!!

I used to go to Molly Malone's by myself ALL the time. It's not a club but it's kinda the same vibe haha I would make mates after an hour or so but mainly went to listen to live music and have a couple beers haha I always recommend to go there if you fancy going out and meeting people. Especially easy to meet people if you smoke…

And Good Companions, Temple Bar, Molly Malone's, Hobgoblin, Hare & Hounds, and I'm sure there's more. They absolutely ruined the Brighton pubs and were single handedly responsible for massive inflation of drinks prices in the 2010s.
