A Laine's pub by London Road station that keeps coming up as having the best beer garden in Brighton, with an almost entirely gluten-free menu, TVs for football and a genuinely queer-friendly crowd. Detractors call it a 'dreary chain pub with terrible beer' and some say they avoid it on principle for being a Laine's pub.

Hey! My partner is coeliac and we’re Brighton based so we’ve spent a lot of time scouting out gluten free places! The Open House pub by London Road station is amazing, their menu is almost all GF and they have a separate fryer and kitchen. Curry Leaf Cafe is also great, Moshka on London road is amazing for brunches and light lunches, if you’re feeling fancy then Riddle & Finns and The Coal Shed are really great with allergens.…
