A local favourite in Seven Dials, praised repeatedly for its cheese selection, sandwiches, focaccia and cannoli, and named as a highlight whenever people talk up the area. One catch that comes up: it's takeaway only, with nowhere to sit in.

- Artisan Italian sandwiches, cheese and cannoli

Red Snapper is great. Good pubs options with The Crescent, The Cow, The French Horn and The Good Companions 🍻 decent variety of shops and cafes with Kindly, Jasmine and Ricci’s Deli, t@thedials, puck and the Greek bakery. There is a flour pot, Gail’s and Subways for those so inclined 👌 Close to the station, decent bus routes and St Anne’s Well park to relax at.
Lived there myself for a while, I liked the area. Safe, good shops, Riccis deli, the Cow plus other 2/3 pubs, close to town ; it’s a nice…
…the police called out once, always feels incredibly safe. You are near to Preston Park which always has events on, Duke of Yorks, Open Air Theatre, Exeter St Hall. There’s a street party every year. Some great pubs, restaurants and cafes (Red Snapper, The Prestonville Arms, Riccis Deli are stand outs). It’s also close enough to town you can walk in, 10mins to station too. So feels super safe vs the distance to city centre.
