Korean restaurant on George Street, Hove, rated among the best kimchi soups/stews outside Korea and named a favourite restaurant in Brighton & Hove overall. Run by a couple Redditors describe as incredibly lovely, cheap for the quality, and does a decent katsu curry too.

What locals say

Soju Korean on Western Road and Saero on George Street. The two best kimchi soups/stews I’ve had outside of Korea.

Saero is the BEST!!! It’s so cheap for the quality, and the couple that run it are so incredibly lovely. My favourite restaurant in Brighton and Hove…

Saero (Korean) in George Street, Hove. All the menu items I've had have been delicious but I also want to try their KBBQ.

MoguMogu & Cafe AnAn (Portslade) both do fantastic Currys. Wabi Sabi & Saero also do them if you are in Hove.
