Widely rated the best noodle place in Brighton, with repeated praise for hand-pulled biang biang noodles, homemade dumplings and Chinese burgers made in the open kitchen, plus genuinely Shaanxi-province cooking. A couple of people note delivery can be pricey, but most call it fresh, reasonably priced and worth the spice.

Malaysian-Chinese Ho Chiak, also on Preston, has an awesome meat or seafood laksa noodle soup.
