Hove Promenade parkrun

A free, volunteer-run 5k every Saturday at 9am: two flat laps of the promenade between the Peace Statue and King's Esplanade.

Hove Promenade parkrun is a free 5k every Saturday at 9am, run by volunteers. You can walk, jog, run, volunteer or just watch.

The course is flat and all on tarmac: two laps of the promenade beside the beach and Hove Lawns, between the Peace Statue on the Brighton and Hove boundary and King’s Esplanade near Medina Villas. It starts and finishes close to The Lawns Café, where runners go for coffee afterwards. The café has outdoor seating only.

Register with parkrun once before your first run and bring a scannable copy of your barcode, or you won’t get a time. You can run with one dog on a short lead. The paths are shared, so give way to other people using the prom.
