…it for everyone involved, I'd like to know where you go. Terre a Terre was a favourite. Lots of vegan options, some dishes have cheese and/or eggs. No meat or fish. But it could be worth checking the menu to see if your folks might like it? We've had great vegan food at Petit Pois in Brighton and Cin Cin in Hove and they're more classically European in the food they serve. But, you'll likely only get one vegan option on the menu with these places.

Etch is my favourite if budget isn't an issue. Bincho is also very good although hard to get a table. Petit Pois is solid and reasonably priced. Riddle and fins is pretty good, especially in summer on the balcony on the beachfront one although I'd say slightly overpriced for what it is. Fourth and church is pretty solid as well. Petit Pois might work for her, and while it’s not vegetarian they do offer veggie options (it’s a small plates type place so 2-3 dishes per person). I’m also not a big fan of bustle and bright lights and I felt this place was pretty low key - especially if you get a table towards an edge/corner/window.
