Upmarket Italian from the same group as Coal Shed and Burnt Orange, and opinion is genuinely split. Fans call it their favourite Italian in Brighton for its wine list, service and consistent quality; detractors say it's overpriced, pointing to a £16 burrata compared with a £4 Waitrose one and a £90 pre-theatre menu for two that felt like poor value. Most agree it's one of the pricier options in town.

What locals say
Burnt Orange is such an easy win. Lovely vibes and so many great options. Tutto is great too. I’m still mourning the loss of Tlaloc. Probably had my favourite meals ever in Brighton there. About to try Palmito next weekend, looking forward to it.
Humans are a funny breed. Tutto is my favorite Italian in Brighton, along with Cin Cin. Can’t speak to the authenticity but excellent quality food from start to finish with a wonderful wine list. Great attention to detail and great service without feeling snooty. For what it’s worth, I also enjoy the burrata at Waitrose 😂 so don’t take…
Tutto is probably the best Italian in Brighton, it's also probably the most expensive. Ignore the Grace Dents review, it closed down after she did the review and opened up again as a better version of itself.
I didn't enjoy one item on the Tutto menu. So overpriced and the burrata was the same quality as the one I got in Waitrose for 4 quid not 16. Wouldn't recommend it, didn't remind me at all of my homeland. For an Italian restaurant I go to casalingo in Preston street.
