Sleeper play Brighton Dome on 1 April 2027, with Turin Brakes
The Britpop band are on their biggest headline UK tour since reforming. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 16 October.
Sleeper will play Brighton Dome on Thursday 1 April 2027 on their End of the World tour, with Turin Brakes as special guests. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on Friday 16 October.
The 10-date run is the band’s biggest headline UK tour since they reformed a decade ago. It opens at Rock City in Nottingham on 12 March and ends at the O2 Institute in Birmingham on 3 April, so Brighton is third from last. Turin Brakes are the support act at all 10 concerts.
The tour follows Sleeper’s sixth studio album, also called End of the World, which comes out on 12 February 2027. It was written and recorded between Paris and Manchester and produced by Joe Cross, whose credits include the Courteeners and Hurts.
“I’m really looking forward to taking this album out on the road,” singer Louise Wener, who presents on Absolute Radio, said in the announcement. Of the support act, she said: “We’ve been fans for a long time, so it’s going to be a special combination.”
The Argus reported the Brighton date and said tickets will be sold through sleeper.band. Absolute Radio Tickets is also selling them.
