Consistently praised as some of the best gelato in the city, with the sour cherry flavour and the Pool Valley branch getting specific shoutouts as better than the other location. It's also flagged as a good vegan-friendly option and a shorter-queue alternative to Marocco's.

Fast food + Happy Maki - sushi burritos and bowls. They have two locations but only the larger one in North Laine is open right now. - What the Pitta - doner kebabs, super delicious and easy - No Catch - vegan fish and chips owned by Earthling Ed, pretty new and really good. - Boho Gelato - omni gelato, always has some vegan options ##### Bars * Pipeline and Hope & Ruin are 100% vegan and have lots of live music if that’s your thing ##### Sit Down Restaurants * Terre a Terre or Food for Friends if you don’t mind spending a bit of money * Purezza - great pizza, all vegan. …road - Cake - Cloud 9 - Doughnuts - the pier - Fancy chocolate - either be chocolat on Duke Street, or if you fancy a bit more of a walk, Rainbow Organic in the Open Market - Croissants - Sugardough in the south lanes - Ice cream/sundaes - Gelato Gusto (several locations) or Boho Gelato (the pool valley location is better) - Sushi - Moshimo, or again for a bit more of a walk tropical sushi would be fun!

My go to places are Pho (tofu rice bowl), Fatto a Mano (any vegan pizza), The Signal man for a roast, they do vegan yorkshires. Laughing Dog cafe in the Marina is awesome for vegan options for breakfast or lunch and do great coffee with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Boho Gelato for ice cream. Wolfox actually has some nice breakfast options, I can't remember what I had but it was decent. The Eagle, Hare and Hounds and The Royal Sovereign all do great Thai Food (Sovereign and Hare and Hounds have the same kitchen but The Eagle is different). The Prince George used to be…

It is - the kawaii decor is lovely and unique but the food is very average. For quality cake or ice-cream I’d skip it in favour of Cloud 9 or Cielo Cakery, Brass Monkey or Boho Gelato.
