A small takeaway kiosk at the bottom of Elm Grove (formerly a public toilet) that comes up constantly as one of Brighton's best pizzas, from thin NY-style slices to 18-inch pies like the 'Meat Me'. Also praised for good vegan options including a vegan calzone and 'MEVegan Bangers' pizza.

It IS great, but there's lots of great pizza in Brighton. Pizza Pilgrims, Pizzaface, Pizza 500, Pizza Me, VIP, Fatto a Mano and Franco Manca are all real good, and I'm definitely missing a bunch. Still, sad to see the restaurant close down. I guess there's a lot of competition for good pizza, and a lot of competition on that street for places to eat.

Another vote for Carlito Burrito (currently 50% off on Uber Eats). Lost Boys Land is also great - especially as it means you don't have to go to The Joker to get Lost Boys! Pizza Me or Pizzaface for pizza. Vel for Indian. Also RIP Yefsis…
