Albion Women go to unbeaten leaders Manchester City on Sunday
Albion are ninth in the WSL table after beating Charlton 5-1 before the international break. City are top.
Albion Women return after the international break with an away game at Manchester City, the unbeaten WSL leaders, on Sunday 18 October. Kick-off is 2.30pm.
City top the table and have won their last five league games. Albion are ninth. Before the break they beat Charlton 5-1 in the WSL at the Amex, the first league win for head coach Arturo Ruiz. Kiko Seike scored twice.
Albion beat City at home in April, and City went on to win the title. Before Charlton, that was Albion’s only win in eight WSL home games.
The players not away with their countries trained on the morning of Wednesday 14 October. Ruiz said after the Charlton game that “a lot of interesting games are coming up in the next few weeks.”
